As many of you are renewing your passports at this time of year, we would like to point out the importance of meeting the correct and current government passport photo regulations, because since the beginning of October 2009 a uniform
light grey background was required, and white backgrounds are unacceptable. While the difference may seem subtle, any old style passport photos submitted, including almost all of those taken in photo booths, will be rejected.
